We are a solar PV battery storage company, serving the Golden Triangle of Leeds, York and Harrogate. We pride ourselves on supplying Solar PV and battery systems to suit our customers needs. From initial inquiry through to installation, commissioning and ongoing care, we are with you each step of the way.
We'd had a number of quotes from competitors. However, these gave conflicting advice about configurations, the need for scaffolding, and the requirement for a DNO application. In some cases we lacked confidence in the advice we were being given and had concerns that these companies would cut corners to give unrealistically low quotes which lacked transparency.
In contrast Alan discussed our requirements thoroughly and provided a number of detailed quotes, with full break down of products, outlining options at different price points. Alan was happy to discuss these in detail and modify as required. This allowed us to select a setup that would work on a partially shaded roof with a non ideal orientation.
We've had the system for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. It is working as expected and the output is reflective of the estimate quoted by Alan.
